Wild Parties and Fake Complaints Ruin a Tenant’s Life — But Justice Hits Back Hard

Tom thought he had found peace in his quiet rental, but that changed when his new upstairs neighbors, Marie and her two sons, moved in. At first, everything seemed fine, but soon the noise and chaos started. Jake, the older son, threw loud parties every night, ignoring Tom’s requests to turn the music down. Tom collected evidence—recordings, photos of trash, and a formal complaint to the landlord, but nothing changed.

Then, after returning from a trip, Tom discovered a notice of eviction, citing noise complaints made during his absence. Furious, he gathered proof of his absence and confronted the landlord, leading to a visit to the apartment. There, Jake’s younger brother, Ethan, finally admitted that the parties were their doing and that Jake had even filed false complaints against Tom.

Marie, devastated, apologized, and the landlord gave them 30 days to leave. The next morning, Marie left a heartfelt note apologizing for everything her family had caused. Tom, exhausted but relieved, hoped he could finally find peace again.
